JohnnyChanBioPage Johnny Chan

Johnny "Orient Express" Chan is a professional poker player and the author of "Play Poker Like Johnny Chan" and "Million Dollar Hold 'Em: Winning Big in Limit Cash Games." He burst out of the rookie gate by winning the World Series of Poker in both 1987 and 1988, and more recently won his tenth World Series of Poker title in 2005. Chan is now tied with Doyle Brunson and Phil Hellmuth for the most WSOP bracelets. Chan was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2002.
