Certainly if you are considering Canada, don't look at Toronto, look at Vancouver. Ski in the winter, beach in the summer. Or ski in the summer, beach in the winter! Either way, you can do it all in Vancouver. Posted by ClintGoodrich - Aug 6 2007 @ 2:48 PM Re: Denver, CO Denver is fine but I trade from Aspen. When the futures close @ 2:15p there is time for 2 hours of skiing in the winter and 5 hours of fly fishing in the summer. Only draw back is the price of addmission. But hey, that's why we trade! You can't beat Aspen! Posted by bruce mitchell - Jun 11 2007 @ 2:17 PM Re: Denver, CO Unfortunately, the traffic is much worse in Denver than is was back in the 80's and 90's, and the population is expected to double by 2020. We had a brutal winter this year too, so you have to plan on taking a good month off in winter for some beach time. I have lived here since 1981 and am trying to move because of the traffic, but so far can't find anyplace more agreeable other than Hawaii, and I don't like getting up at 3:30 am everyday to trade.
