Looking for Traders With Bad Experiences using Terra Nova as a Broker Dealer Currently bringing a legal action against Terra Nova Trading with against Terra Nova - provided inaccurate data that reulted in significant personal losses - Over $300,000 - seeking others with similar experiences I was told and relied on the Terra Nova RealTick front-end software to make and track all of my trades and my accounts with Terra Nova. Unbeknownst t me was that the data being genrated by RealTick was not able to give me accurate information about the "true current profitability of my open positions" resulting in daily reports, from RealTick, that showed significant profits when in fact I was sustaining significant losses. The issu is wheteher or not a trusted Broker/Dealer has an obligation to supply accurate information to clients and also to provide definistions and explanations of what their reports really mean; as opposed to what they say thay mean. I tried to settle this matter with TN and failed. I have a formal arbritartion scheduled to be heard on November 7, 2007 and I'm seeking others who have "mysteriously" lkost money using Terra Nova's required front-end softeware (RealTick). I traded for 94 days from December 2005 to May 2006. I came to Terra Nova with a significant account but any traders with any sized account with information I can use will be appreciated.
