Bad Debt Blues If you hire a guy to clean up your subprime viscera, maybe it’s best not to get the very SAME executive who disentangled Long-Term Capital Management from its disastrous debt holdings almost a decade ago, lest the extrapolating press start linking you with one of the biggest financial implosions in history (as the extrapolating press is wont to do).
