Hedgie Heavyweights Now in the Restaurant Business?

Funds controlled by David Shaw and Steve Cohen have their sights set on Orient-Express Hotels, owner of New York’s 21 Club. While Shaw is now focused on discovering the building blocks of life and Cohen probably gearing up for the next Damian Hirst auction, perhaps the two could celebrate their respective good fortunes in the famed wine cellar, with Cohen dragging in one of his formaldehyde enclosed animals just to compliment the dinner décor.
