Lehman: Prosecutors On Both Sides Of Pond Closing In As authorities search the offices of German-owned development bank KfW Group about the small matter of the $411 million payment it wired to Lehman the same day the bank filed for bankruptcy, U.S. prosecutors are launching a battery of subpoenas to determine whether Lehman misled Wall Street analysts about the state of its financial health.
